Marc Adler, owner of Why Not Marketing, a marketing communications firm located in Williamsville, has completed Visit Buffalo Niagara’s Visitor Journey A2D™ tourism awareness training program.

The Visitor Journey A2D™ tourism training program was designed to increase awareness of how all of the tourism sectors fit together to build the visitor’s total experience — arrival to departure. And, how one person’s actions can create a snowball effect of negative, or positive, encounters. The program consists of an online component, followed by an interactive in-class experience, where participants share what they know and learn from others in the Buffalo Niagara community.

Adler is a seasoned industry professional who has been sharing his marketing and business knowledge through educational seminars, student mentoring, and as an adjunct professor for the University at Buffalo for over two decades. Although not a Western New York native, he is well vested in the Buffalo community, having served on board positions with the Buffalo Zoo as well as on various boards with the University at Buffalo.
